Nehmen Sie jeweils ein halbes Kilogramm Maulbeere (Sāng Shèn, Maulbeerfrucht, *Morus alba*), Atractylodes (Cāng Zhú, Atractylodes Rhizome, *Atractylodes lancea*) und Wolfsbeere (Gǒu Qǐ, Goji-Beere / Wolfsbeere, *Lycium barbarum*). Mahlen Sie den Honig zu Pulver und machen Sie daraus eine Pille. Nehmen Sie diese morgens und abends ein.
