研末 (grind to powder)，75% 酒精消毒肚脐后 (sterilize navel with 75% alcohol)，取 5～10 克药粉填入 (fill 5-10g powder into navel)，外贴麝香 (Shè Xiāng, Musk, *Moschus* spp.)壮骨膏 (cover with Musk Bone-Strengthening Plaster)，3 天换药一次 (change every 3 days)，1 月为一疗程 (1 month per course)
